Exceptional Care is a growing organisation and we want to develop our staff to educationally grow and professionally succeed with the company and create a mature sustainable business that invests time and training to its employees. We will do this by providing a workforce development plan annually which will evidence opportunities and self-learning for all employees.
Equality and Diversity
Equality and diversity is a term used in the United Kingdom to define and champion equality, diversity and human rights as defining values of society. It promotes equality of opportunity for all, giving every individual the chance to achieve their potential, free from prejudice and discrimination. Exceptional Care staff will demonstrate this value by treating people with respect, dignity and fairly and will not discriminate against people based on their:
Age Disability Gender Reassignment Marriage and Civil Partnership Pregnancy and Maternity
Race Religion or Belief Sex Sexual Orientation
The way Exceptional Care will ensure that these values are adhered to, will be by embedding them into the recruitment process, all our staff development appraisals and supervision records. Challenge behaviours that do not demonstrate our core values, staff will be assessed in their performance reviews and annual reviews against the core values and where their behaviour does not match those values they will be addressed, via the HR process.
