Nicola has been with Exceptional Care since September 2017 and comes to Oak House from our crisis services and has worked in Residential childcare settings for 13 years. Nicola has a Diploma level 3 in children and young people health and social care and also has her Level 5 Diploma in leadership and Management in children services.
Nicola brings a wealth of experience having worker in a variety of different settings within children’s services that includes secure units, crisis placements, respite services as well as residential care, six of these years has been as a deputy manager/team leader
