At the time we started, we had six employees, one Manager and one Responsible Individual. To date we have over one hundred employees which includes a Director, Group MD, Financial Director, Responsible Individual, two Service managers, eight Managers and a very experienced team of Residential staff who are NVQ Level 3 qualified in Children and Young People. These numbers are increasing vastly each year with our company expansion.
Always at the heart of our company remains the ethos of why we opened, and we make a personal guarantee that we will never steer away from this.
Exceptional Care currently has ten services, two of which are satellite provisions. These include large registered homes, solo provisions and 28-day crisis provisions.
Building on the growth from our first initial registration, our mission is to continue the exceptional reputation we hold within the Social Care sector.
